D’Art, quality is always our first priority. Every order goes through a careful inspection process before it leaves our warehouse. Our team checks the design, finishing, and overall quality to make sure everything meets our standards.
After the final quality check, the products are packed safely using strong and secure packaging materials. This helps protect the items during shipping so they reach you in perfect condition. We also provide simple guidance and instructions that can help during the installation process. If you ever need help or have questions, our support team is always ready to assist you.
Installation Support
Most interior products require professional installation to achieve the best results. For this reason, we recommend hiring experienced installers who understand the proper installation process.
If required, our customer support team can help connect you with local installers in select cities. Installation services are available on a paid basis and the cost usually ranges around ₹15–₹20 per square foot, depending on the location and project requirements.
Please note that installation services are handled by independent professionals. Any issues related to the wall condition or installation work are not included in our scope of service.
Return & Replacement Policy
Our production team performs strict quality checks on every order before dispatch. We make sure that each item is inspected carefully so that it reaches you in the best condition.
However, if you notice any issue with the product after delivery, please contact our support team immediately. To help us understand the concern faster, we may request clear photos of the product. Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Since many interior products are custom-made or prepared specifically for individual spaces, they cannot be reused or resold. Because of this, returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:

Change of mind after the order is placed

Change in project plan or design preference

Products that have already been installed
We recommend checking the product carefully before installation begins.
Installation Responsibility
When hiring an installer or contractor, please ensure they are experienced and understand the correct installation process. Installation charges paid to third-party installers are not refundable.
Before starting the installation, it is important to inspect the product for any visible issues. If installation begins before checking the product, we may not be able to process replacement requests related to installation errors.
Although we can help connect you with installers in some cities, they operate independently and are not part of the D’Art team.
Measurements Guidance
Measuring your wall or installation area is simple. All you need to do is measure:

These measurements help ensure the product fits perfectly in your space. If you are unsure about the measurement process, our support team will be happy to guide you.
